Alex writes an honest and captivating story of his and his brother’s journey as little boys from Holland to Pasadena, CA to their world tours and beyond and their love, passion and destiny in playing together in biggest Rock Band of their time. He shares their hopes, dreams, obstacles, triumphs and heartbreaks. He writes in a down to earth, conversation tone that left me wanting more. This has been one of my most favorite biographies of famous musicians. Some hidden gems in this story too!

Painfully honest tribute to a beautiful soul and voice from her loving father’s perspective. He shares his deepest, personal recollections from his own diary of the triumphs, rise to stardom and tormented struggles that he and his daughter lived. Rest in peace, Amy. Highly recommend for Amy fans.

What a wild, beautiful ride! Flea writes his story with poetic sincerity. Some of his experiences that he shares has a definite WOW factor and I sat there listening frozen in my tracks with my mouth wide saying Wow! Some of what he shares is painful heartbreaking but he circles back with so much heart and personal growth. I loved this story and I’m grateful to Flea for sharing it.
