My intention is to use these stories as a tool for others looking to manage and lead others. Ever since I was a kid, I've used analogies, stories, and anecdotes as a way to help me get my messages across in a more fun and succinct manner

This book was a good and easy listen, the chapters stayed on message and the stories illustrated the principles that the author wanted to communicate.
It’s tempting when talking about leadership to view the topic from too far away, becoming academic in delivery. The alternative temptation is to become obsessed with the details, making a book that is relatable to some leaders but not most. This book strikes a good balance between the two- outlining high level principles that are easy to understand, but using stories to show how those principles can be put into action. I think leaders of any type of organization would be well served to give this book a listen.
