Historia
Six months ago I baited a sinfully handsome but wickedly dangerous man. He didn't bite. I wanted to work for his company. Desperately. Did all I could to prove my worth and plead my case. To no avail. Until the night I come home to find his card on my kitchen counter. What follows is a game of cat and mouse that leaves me afraid and excited and even more attracted to the grumpy, silver fox mercenary who's occupied my mind for months.

Jason and Stella were perfect!
Revisado: 05-12-24
I absolutely love that Jason and Stella took on the characters of Vincent and Julieanne! When Janice first teased that there was going to be narration for this book, I wondered if Jason was going to do it. I am obsessed with Jason’s deep, growly voice, and I thought he was the perfect Vincent! I love how he conveyed Vincent’s emotions! He really brought me in and sucked me even more into this story! I also died laughing when he took on Heidi’s character because he brought that character to life too with her sass!
Stella was phenomenal as Julieanne!! I love the spunk and sass she brought to the character as I think that is exactly the type of character that Janice/Jemma wrote for Julieanne.

Historia
Hell fractured my soul into dust and left me broken, yet I deserved so much worse. Finally free from Lucifer’s torment, I must atone. But the lives I took and the pain I caused haunt me every day. Half angel, half demon, but nowhere near whole. Until I meet her. I should not want Zoe Dawes, but she whispers her desires in my dreams and chases away my nightmares. When an ancient evil returns, only I can stop him.

Obsessed!!
Revisado: 02-06-24
There was non-stop action in this story as Sinclair, who’s half-angel/half-demon, and his human partner, Zoe Dawes end up fighting for their lives in a battle of good vs evil.
I absolutely loved Sin and Zoe! Their chemistry lit up the page (or rather, my ears) from the moment they stepped onto the page! I loved their banter, how they looked out for each other (even when they didn’t know what was going on), and I loved watching them fall in love with each other!
I really enjoyed the side characters, even the ones that I was supposed to hate! My favorite of the side characters is Gabriel, and I am so excited that Patricia is stepping back into this world to tell his story next!!
Patricia Eddy is a talented author who has the power to transport you into another world with her use of words, and I love that she chose Jason Clarke and Maxine Mitchell to bring this story to life through audio!
I am obsessed with Jason’s voice and I think this was my favorite book narrated by him so far! His ability to change his tone, and even his accent, so effortlessly to bring life to so many characters simply amazes me! I loved him as Sin, and I loved Maxine as Zoe! She brought so much life to that character, as well as other characters with her voice and her emotions!! This whole book honestly felt like a cinematic movie for my ears!
If you are an audiobook snob, or if you’re brand new to audiobooks, and you like paranormal romance but haven’t listened to this book yet, I really think you should!
