These guys are so off the mark! Their opinions and insights are so lame! Everyone is entitled to their opinions but their failure to see and understand what’s hot at the moment just baffles me. They’re so stuck on their favorites that they can’t see the forest for the trees. Out of all the podcast shows under this banner this is the one that misses the mark. I listened to a few just to give it a chance but found myself quickly kicking out and heading back to the locker room.

A fun and fantastic listen...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this together. A lot of the content of the book reminded me of my childhood when I first fell in love with Star Wars. You can definitely tell that the author enjoys and loves Star Wars just like many of us out there. If you haven’t already listened to this book I strongly suggest that you do.

Not what I expected...

Was looking forward to the retelling of this story since I really enjoyed the New Hope one, but the chapters on how to be a Jedi were really a waste of time. There’s mention of peeing in I believe chapter 7 wasn’t really necessary. I usually do errands and choirs around the house while I’m listening to a book. This one I just left running when I’d step out of the room and then come back instead of taking it everywhere I went. Definitely not a favorite Star Wats book of mine, it’s too bad that they never released A the original Star Wars story on audiobooks, at least I haven’t seen them anywhere. Off I go to finish the retelling of Return of the Jedi. I hope it’s not a stinker.

This was so good!

I’ve read the book and read a few of the comics but the audiobook was so good! I loved the fact that it had a bunch of different voice actors doing all the different characters. The music and sound effects were like listening to a movie in my head. I finished this audiobook on a day off doing things around the house and running errands while continually and constantly listening to the whole story playing out in my head. I can’t wait to jump into another Marvel audiobook.
