Historia
Hundreds of millions of people use Apple products every day; several thousand work on Apple's campus in Cupertino, California; but only a handful sit at the drawing board. Creative Selection recounts the life of one of the few who worked behind the scenes, a highly-respected software engineer who worked in the final years of the Steve Jobs era, the Golden Age of Apple.

Loved it. Fascinating read for those involved in software creation, and some great problem solving anecdotes and Steve Jobs stories.

Good for post-Pimsleur revision
Revisado: 07-03-05
If you have not already had previous experience with the Russian language, then this is not for you as it will befuddle you and probably turn you off the language. It is simply a dictionary of Russian words and phrases read by a Russian woman and an American man who sounds bored to tears. In this course there is no real method to learning Russian; it simply presents the information and its up to you to learn yourself.
If you are starting out, I highly recommend Pimsleur as it starts from basics and actually teaches you the language with a really great method for learning.
However, the great thing about this course is that once you have a good grasp of Russian, it is invaluable in revising and solidifying what you have already learnt, and providing you with tons of new words and phrases that Pimsleur glossed over.
It is a fantastic way to expand you Russian vocabulary, and for like $13, who can say nyet.

Historia
To survive in a game with no rules at all, John Corey must invent a strategy that includes no luck at all. He and the Anti-Terrorist Task Force must stop "The Lion," an alleged Libyan terrorist with the instincts of a wild animal, the bloodlust of a carnivore, and the boldness and speed of a cat of prey.

Predictable..but fun
Revisado: 07-05-04
I enjoyed this audiobook; it wasnt on par with Dan's other 3 novels but it was entertaining. I was unimpressed with the slightly lame plot and I was often confused by badly described action scenes. But thats ok, because Dan Brown really learnt a lot from it, and he improves his style immensely in his other novels. All the same, it is pure Dan Brown and is perfect for those eager for some more of his style of writing, as we all wait for his next novel.
