Initially this book got me what I needed more of. Protein!
What I didn’t need more of was endless details, number’s and statistics.
For me this killed it. I need the basics spelled out for the average person without a doctorate.
She lost me at food measuring, but hey that’s just me.
Her intentions are good, but again for me? Confusing.
I will
Seek out an easier to understand method for helping me to build more skeletal muscle which is beyond important.

Just finished this book via audible.
I listened to all of it, which says a lot for me.
Although the ideas and philosophies come at you fast and furious it offers humor, insight, and a deep curiosity to dig deeper. Especially in these ultra confusing times.
I’ve listened to a few interviews that Jamie has recently done on line, and to me he seems humble, extremely intelligent, and sincere in his message for helping humanity.
I will most definitely have to listen to it again as it is a shit ton take in!
As one person said you can literally feel your brain growing as you do.
