Wonderful primer for living in your skull without needing dash its brains out. If you are a little jaded w the superficial lure and glitter of the material world; allow yorself a flash of the metaphysical one. Hint: you dont have to be a naked bum dredlocked Orange Sari clad sufi for this one. Housewives may apply. I digested this taking down the xmas ornaments; cleaning the fridge and walking the Baskervilles. I feel so much more Kundalinnied. 5 shining Meteors.

This is the age of addiction, a condition so epidemic, so all encompassing and ubiquitous, that unless you are fortunate enough to be an extreme case, you probably don't know that you have it. What unhealthy habits and attachments are holding your life together? Are you unconsciously dependent on food? Bad relationships? A job that doesn't fulfill you? Numb, constant perusal of your phone, looking for what? My qualification for writing this book is not that I am better than you, it's that I am worse.

Its hard to review this b/c the sun is in my eyes and Im going to the beach. Of note, I work in the business of spotting and canopening up the spaghetti of Addiction... Ecstatic that we finally have a an Ikea version of the Big Red Book and all in Native Essexian W Lovely purring vowels. Your own no holds barred 12 step pared back quick fix for the terminally addicted. Dunno if you will be able to handle the jandel though... you will have to download it and let your craven curiosity slurp it up. On another note, I liked it and I will be recommending it to the Elite set of those who cant say No....
