They just tell you it’s good for you. But they don’t go into the sciences to why. They tell you it’ll take down swelling Coldwell wow that’s impressive. I had to buy this book to find out out. I knew it was good for me to do a hot and cold plunge. I know the sun is good. I know the cold plunge is good that’s all they wanna talk about is it’s good for you but they don’t say why it’s good for you they just say it’s good for you. What a waste of my credit.

Historia
In The China Study, T. Colin Campbell revolutionized the way we think about our food with the evidence that a whole food, plant-based diet is the healthiest way to eat. Now, in Whole, he explains the science behind that evidence, the ways our current scientific paradigm ignores the fascinating complexity of the human body, and why, if we have such overwhelming evidence that everything we think we know about nutrition is wrong, our eating habits haven’t changed.

Historia
Can’t Hurt Me, David Goggins’ smash hit memoir, demonstrated how much untapped ability we all have but was merely an introduction to the power of the mind. In Never Finished, Goggins takes you inside his Mental Lab, where he developed the philosophy, psychology, and strategies that enabled him to learn that what he thought was his limit was only his beginning and that the quest for greatness is unending.

Historia
"The rise in UFO sightings is due to the increase in alien activity on Earth. The aliens are abducting people in larger numbers and it isn’t going to stop anytime soon," says an abductee who claims to be regularly visited by aliens from another solar system. What’s happening here? Mainstream scientists reject the phenomenon without a second thought. However, there is little doubt that many credible and stable people who report alien abductions are sincere. Dr. John Edward Mack investigated over 800 claimed abductees and spent countless hours with these individuals....

Stories great, recording horrible
Revisado: 09-22-22
The stories are remarkable but you have to be able to get past especially the first interview with the extremely obnoxious noise they call music in the background so you can hardly hear the people talk. Whoever directed this and put that obnoxious music in the background is really lacking intelligence. Such a good story they did everything they could to ruin it was that noise

I’m not sure why they didn’t have the ability to record this better. And I’d like to give a few of those people some cough drops. I never heard so much coughing and a lecture. Besides at the story was great and Travis did an awesome job

Boring
Revisado: 09-26-21
I gave up about halfway through to be honest. However it's just about a lady going around interviewing old people and most of them are unsuccessful there's no real story line I don't get it. If you were a family member of this lady it might be a neat book but otherwise Totally lost interest

dissapointing
Revisado: 04-18-11
I felt as though he spent so much time glorifying him I never felt as though I got to know Jackson as a person. He doesn't seem to have a good flow and jumps around a lot. I am very dissatisfied with this book. I just do not care for this style of righting .
