Historia
It’s 2006. After a string of rejections from men who tell her they could never, ever, ever see her “that way,” awkward third-grade teacher Micaela Blei signs up for a mysterious course called “The Divine Feminine,” and feels like she might have found the key to the perfect life. Turns out if you’re an A student, you can get an A in anything–including men. Pretty soon she’s learning to "conjure" her desires with vision boards, flirtations, and even a daring jumbotron viewing party for her, ahem ... "divine center."

How her life was transformed
Revisado: 01-28-25
I found this to be very enlightening. It is not something I would normally listen to, however, it provides food for thought. I liked how she was so transparent in discussing her relationship with James. I’m happy she was able to escape. He was definitely looking for someone he could control, her life would have been a living hell😞

Historia
Wired called Dr. Fei-Fei Li “one of a tiny group of scientists—a group perhaps small enough to fit around a kitchen table—who are responsible for AI’s recent remarkable advances.” Known to the world as the creator of ImageNet, a key catalyst of modern artificial intelligence, Dr. Li has spent more than two decades at the forefront of the field. But her career in science was improbable from the start. The Worlds I See is the moving memoir of a scientist coming of age as an immigrant in America who finds her calling at the forefront of the AI revolution.

So much to learn
Revisado: 11-13-23
She has done an incredible job of outlining her career and the people she met along her journey that assisted her in the development of AI. She documented the evolution of how gathering images played into the development of AI, and how problems where solved along the way. Very inspiring . I’m truly inspired by the program AI4All I intend to follow it closely.
