Historia
In Sex and the Enneagram, Ann Gadd explores relationships and sex through the lens of the Enneagram, its nine personality types, and the subtypes of the wings and Instinctual Triads. The author introduces the Enneagram system and provides a full chapter devoted to each type. She examines each type’s approach to sex, their fantasies, and levels of integration in relation to love and sex, as well as each type’s approach to issues such as pornography, sexual problems, and dating sites and whether some types make better lovers.

Eye-opening. Wished I had read years prior.
Revisado: 01-14-21
Emotionally devastated from a recent breakup, I wanted to comprehend the wreckage I had just endured, and learn from the experience to prevent a reoccurring theme. I had gained a bit of clarity from medical journals, enneagram resources, family, and friends, but felt I had not processed my shadow aspects sufficiently. I turned to Ann Gadd’s “Sex and the Enneagram”, hoping to gain more understanding. Thankfully, she delivered! Despite attempting to be the best version of myself for my loved ones throughout my life, there were shadow aspects of myself I failed to realize until I dove into her book. I regret not delving into her book sooner. I feel I would have handled my relationships far better with her guidance, and would’ve approached life with more certainty. I highly recommend her book.

"Declutter Your Mind" Review
Revisado: 03-09-19
I enjoyed listening to "Declutter Your Mind", and recommend this book. :)
Breathe/be present.
Observe your thoughts (proactive instead of reactive).
When you're sinking into negative thinking, attend to activities like journaling, painting, etc.
Define your core values and live in alignment with them.
Make SMART goals.
Determine your personality type (I'm a huge fan of Enneagram).
Practice empathic listening.
"Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”
Remove toxic relationships, especially those that involve verbal abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, consistent deceit, untreated mental health issues, refusal to address problems/addictions, etc. (~ 2 hours) Create strong boundaries.
Declutter your environment.
