I feel as if I have the same brain as this author. Her final decision made me so happy. I do NOT want to give anything away but this was a really enjoyable book. Her story mirrors my life. As my mother-in-law used to always say before she passed, "ONE LIFE PER CUSTOMER. YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE AND LET YOUR CHILDREN LIVE THEIRS!"

As an audible member for many years, I was hoping for supportive material similar to what the hard copy book may provide. Maybe I didn't know where to look but I did NOT get any. I couldn't really "picture" from Shahroo's description how to actually go about making this happen.
I am listening to Jodi Picoult's new NOVEL, "By any other name," and she includes a PDF for her readers!!!

The character development on each and every "Anxious" person...is so smart and superior. I listened to some sections on the slowest speed just so I could write down the words!! About divorce, about love, about relationships, about banking and finance! FREDRIK BACKMAN DOES IT AGAIN!!!! I think this one is his best yet! I pray he lives a veryyyyy long time to share his delicate, thoughtful words!! I even actually LAUGHED OUT LOUD at the snarky Zara comments!! THANK YOU BACKMAN AND KEEP WRITING and I will stick with Audible. MARIN IRELAND'S NARRATION WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! I felt like I was listening to a Broadway play!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I can now say I think I've read every book in the Theodore Boone Series...and TOTALLY enjoyed every one. The narration by Richard Thomas makes me feel like I'm back with the familiar! Thomas and Grisham for an audible book are like cherries
