Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I was listening to a radio interview on past life regressions and jumped to audible to see if I could find a self-directed audio. Just finished my first guided meditation and had a profound experience, lots of tear and new understandings. I am not usually good at guided meditation, but she hit the nail on the head. I love the fact that I did not have to make an appointment, but could do this on my own. Thank you Anna!
