As a Sales Manager of a Franchise dealership, this book is a breath of fresh air after reading so many other sales books. They all have value, but this has definitely been the best read for someone in automotive sales. For the beginner, it helps with overcoming objections (let’s be honest that’s the biggest issue for newer sales people). For managers, you don’t have to worry about this book giving sales people the over confidence that leads to them “knowing the job better” than you. It’s also a good refresher for managers to maybe get back to some of what we forget due to going through the day to day. Great book for those in the automotive sales industry.
