I just cant... magic healing minerals? Galaxie short an fairly common metals. Mining a cave rather then an astroid or mabye a none inhabited planet. Hell if this metal is so rare it should be quite valuable. Are these so called benevolent aliens going to compensate the human race for all the "unobtanium" they're stealing. Non of this makes any sence. On top of all this the MC just accepts the aliens and keeps asking the same dumb and irrelevant question over and over again. " sure, sure you're "aliens" but this is my cave."
And another thing. If to have the tech and energies required to travel the stars then you can easily make the metals you need. Mine a star for elements then use the energy of the star to make huge colliders and smash shit together tell you get what you want. Its prity simple.

wish I understood it was stardew valley

couldn't get it to fully download. if books are so Gamafide to the point reality doesn't make sence then there should be a heads up. stardew valley has an stamina bar to add realism. adding it to reality is stupid. the guy is tired or he is not. the thought of being raring to go but out of actions is stupid. I wish I could return this book.

AI controlled ninite magic is rudimentary and simplicity. I guess its to make it game like? The MC shows little intelligence or subtleness. But i guess haveing a god mind wipe all your fsux pas makes life easier.

Emotional Rollercoaster

This one is a rough one. The book is chock full of self sacrifice, isolation, and losing your humanity. Treating your body as a ship of theseus paradox. Main character is flawed and weak but the book doesn't go so far as to make him to annoying. His A.I. skirts the line of being annoying but enough of his jokes landed for me to give him a pass. Over all I enjoyed it and the ending made me cry. Would recommend.

ok so I'm not done with the book yet. spoilers
I am so confused with how the mc just except humans are bad with no evidence. all he nows is 6 races banded together and comited genocide and there were enormous casualties in the process. the mc is apologetic and willing to put his head on the copping block for a bunch of elves who have shown nothing but hostility and a willingness to kill him out of hand. who in there right mind? I just don't understand. he is kowtowing to elve how admit to committing genocide and want to kill him. if there isn't a good enough reason to justify the elves actions let enough the mc's action soon I don't think ill finish the book

author dropped the ball. humans are highly addicted to leveling high. that is stupid. no society can come from a bunch of junkies. no species could survive or evolve with such a handicap. no war could ever be executed by a bunch of junkies that could cause hundreds of thousands of casualties. junkies don't cooperate. the don't raise children. they don't work at anything that doesn't lead to the high. the logic is so poor for such a base piece of the stories foundation that I'm done with the book.

dialog was weak. story meanders. super lazy trope of the last man in world. that trope tells me the women doesn't like the the mc because he's heroic or has a personality. they only like him because he's the last man on planet.
