Henry Bins is only awake one hour a day. Can you imagine only being awake for one hour each day? Can you imagine having to cram your entire existence into sixty measly minutes? Two minutes to shower. Three minutes to eat. Five minutes to watch TV. And in that 3600 seconds you have awake, imagine that you have to figure out...Who murdered the woman across the street?

Genre changes.
Revisado: 08-26-21
The first book in this set is very interesting and I enjoyed it my only complaint about it was how short it was. The concept of a character being tossed into something so dangerous while being vulnerable for so long kept me interested. Also it’s very interesting to see how he loves his life.
Book two and on go somewhere else though. I don’t want to spoil it but the books change it’s still interesting but I just don’t feel they fit with the first book. This should be a different series.

Historia
Hard-boiled detective Sam Spade is hired to locate a client's sister by tailing the sister's companion. Spade's partner Miles Archer takes on the assignment, and quickly both Archer and the man he was shadowing are murdered. As Spade pursues the mystery of his partner's death, he is drawn into a circle of colorful characters, and they are all after a legendary statuette of a falcon that had long ago been made for King Charles of Spain. Encrusted with jewels, it is worth a fortune.

William Dufris is amazing.
Revisado: 09-27-20
I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I found at moments I had to remind myself that cliché things weren’t cliché at the time of the book. In fact those things only became cliché when other stories tried to emulate this one. You don’t see somethings coming and you do see others but all in all it’s a good story.
When it comes to the narrator William Dufris I can not give enough praise. All of the voices he picks are amazing and you never get anyone confused. He puts an amazing amount of emotion into his reading and doesn’t leave you wanting. I will be looking for more books that he has narrated he’s a new favorite for me now.

FUN ... and its in space
Revisado: 08-22-17
I have to admit I wasn't sure about this one at first but I'm glad I gave it a chance. The author reads this one and does really well with the voices and this is the beginning to a fun universe I really hope this becomes a series that we can see more books from. I've seen a lot of reviews that people post against the the ending personally I really liked the ending and felt it showed some character growth. This universe gives us ships guns creatures and fun I suggest giving it a chance.

Wizards can be adults too
Revisado: 07-09-17
What made the experience of listening to Storm Front the most enjoyable?
Everything in the story is well thought out and the narration James Marsters does is truly amazing you do here some noises from him speaking but you end up being pulled in and don't even notice them anymore
Who was your favorite character and why?
Harry by far he is a very likable main character who doesn't let you down and can make you laugh
What about James Marsters’s performance did you like?
Truly amazing he has a flair with the characters and how his voice is the voice of Harry for me
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
A storms hitting Chicago and lighting will strike twice.

It's 1969, and, having just celebrated his 45th birthday, James Bond - British special agent 007 - is summoned to headquarters to receive an unusual assignment. Zanzarim, a troubled West African nation, is being ravaged by a bitter civil war, and M directs Bond to quash the rebels threatening the established regime. Bond's arrival in Africa marks the start of a feverish mission to discover the forces behind this brutal war - and he soon realizes the situation is far from straightforward.

Big Bond fan books and films
Revisado: 02-06-17
I am a huge James fan fan right all the original Ian Fleming work all of the Benson work and many others john Gardner being next on my list. The story was put together very well and use characters from the Bond mythos pleasantly my only issue is that it leaves a few things unanswered with no follow up story. Other then that good story good listen.

Historia
Felix Castor has reluctantly returned to exorcism after the case of the Bonnington Archive ghost convinced him that he really can do some good with his abilities ("good," of course, being a relative term when dealing with the undead). But his friend, Rafi, is still possessed; the succubus Ajulutsikael (Juliet to her friends) still technically has a contract on him; and he's still dirt poor.

Great start to a world for me to get lost in
Revisado: 01-05-17
If you could sum up The Devil You Know in three words, what would they be?

What other book might you compare The Devil You Know to and why?
I feel this could be compared more to the Constantine/hellblazer comic serious more then any books iv read. The author of this has written Constantine in the past so maybe thats why.

Eddie i love the way he plays him.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I have listed too a few of Agathas books and they have been great. This one is decently good but I feel like the wrap up an the end was just kind of slapped together. That being said I still enjoyed this one plenty. I suggest giving it a listen and seeing what you think for your self.

Amazing
Revisado: 05-21-16
I have always love this book and have heard another audiobook for it that was great but I have to say I love this one. David Tennant does amazing. He is great with voicing the different characters and delivering everything. Plus there is a great quick little interview with him at the end.
