Tim’s 4 hour work week helped me take my business to the next level years ago and still impacts the growth of my business to this day. While the concepts are incredible themselves, the content serves as a stem for actions and for learning more. This is done through book recommendations and more. This book does the same Tim brings comprehensive insights from top performers. Again like 4 hour work week, it doesn’t read like a typical book but more of a stem for exploration for topics that you can then dive deeper to on their own and is invaluable in that way.

Evil Polarizing Propaganda that Divides Us

I’ll start with there are some things that are good. Leave skateboarding kids alone translating to let kids learn from their experiences. Stand tall and go forthright and narrow your focus are critical to goal achievement. There are a lot of interesting facts that he presents. Keep in mind while reading that studies have limitations snd he does present facts them in a way in order to justify his polarized opinions and polarization is a manipulative marketing tactic. He actually does make a lot of good points and comes from an educated background and makes himself sound credible with big words and complex ideas. He limits himself because he is not able to simplify the ideas enough and present them in a way for the common person to understand although he does a good job with a clickbait style title from a marketing perspective. While he does found a lot of what he says in facts he uses this facts to try and persuade his own polarized view points which are detrimental to not only humans but society. Just because something has gotten us to this point doesn’t mean it will take us past it. The problems, inequities, and anything that doesn’t align with his thoughts he attempts to manipulate you into thinking is bad by branding it with the words chaos, sin, and evil. The entire notion of the book is based on his beliefs as order. This cannot even be considered Christian propaganda (he does note the limits of religion) as he knocks the entire idea of the New Testament through the majority of the book. He has an internal conflict himself because he then often uses the New Testament in quotes toward the end to justify points. Bro, you just said that the New Testament was irrelevant to your own view of what order is which is what your book was about. If you apply the personality type which has previously been called left brain vs right brained humans typically lean to one side more heavily either more logical (order as he implies) or more creative. This book will appeal to people that are more logical but all people will be able to maximize their humanity when they are able to develop their whole brain (sympathetically and parasympathatically, Old Testament order and New Testament love style). He also implies the notion that life is suffering and the world is a terrible place. While seeing life through this lens you create order by fostering an environment where people that aren’t able to create abundance in their own life. By his own advice you become what you focus on, if you focus on negativity like he does you will become negative and unfortunately this book is not for people looking to see a better today or tomorrow for themselves, or for the world. I still haven’t even touched on his views on woman’s place in the world. Men that are go getters want a strong woman. If men aren’t able to find a mate because the woman is too strong and wants a stronger man then get stronger. It will only push us to new heights. Unless he implies by this that men are weak and are incapable of rising to the challenge.

We often relate to and learn better from people who are close in experience to ourselves rather than gurus. He shows it is possible for anyone to take a step forward in their life and chase after whatever it is they want to do with their lives. Let this book be your spark.

Esther shares a very interesting, intellectually stimulating, open minded, thought provoking, strait forward, honest perspective that challenges western conventional relationship ideology. This book is worth it for the extremely powerful, well articulated conclusion in the last minute alone.

Do not let the reviews of the narrator stop you from getting this book. This is one of the best books I have listened to on any subject and provides essential information for modern society in a non-judgemental, scholarly, easy to understand way.

Good basic book for someone looking for an introduction to becoming financially independent. I liked her recommendations for living within your means, money is life energy, and having a goal to live off of investments. I like to play investments a little more risky than she recommends with business endeavors and higher risk stocks which might not be for everyone. My strategies might change as I get older. The more you self educate the better 😀
