I shouldn't have ordered this audio book before finding out if it was non-fiction... just not my cup of tea... I've asked for help from Amazon over a year ago, they tried to get it out of my library for me but obviously they don't know how to do it and neither do I...

I'm finding that Gary Thomas has a lot to offer with his insightful guides to exploring our god-given marital roles which has led to Harmony in my marriage. I feel so blessed that I found his books. it's amazing how much information was left out about this subject matter from my upbringing in the church!
I think it's wonderful that Gary does his own narrating, I just can't say it enough how much true insight I have gained from this book and his others as well. it's easy to listen to Gary Thomas, he has a captivating the voice and always subject matter as well.

This book has given me the best relationship understanding and roadmap to improving my relationship! I am so impressed at how the author starts strong from the beginning to articulate the difference in the way the different sexes interpret communication and responses. I have listened to dozens of relationship books and this one truly made a difference from the word go! I highly recommend this book for anyone who is trying to understand why they have not been able to get the satisfaction and closeness in their relationship. the author not only has the right content but it is presented in an easy to understand format that doesn't leave any guesswork. how can something so simple have been so elusive, well this book answers that question!
