Some of the principles listed were spot on and referenced the works of Bruce Lipton. It came across as a bit of an infomercial with anecdotal reviews, seemingly packaged together in a Walmart kind of fashion. Peer reviewed studies on this method are lacking, and the ones listed in the site are all from Iran, weirdly enough.
