I've been listening to this everyday for over a month. It helps calm, it puts me to sleep. The only thing that I don't like about it is, I'll be asleep and then at the end of it the guy comes on and yells "AUDIBLE HOPES YOU'VE ENJOYED THIS PROGRAM!"
It wakes me up and makes me upset, undoing the calm and sleep 🤣🤬
