I really enjoyed this story and the wonderful play of the two main characters. But, this recording has terrible problems and should be fixed. Then, I would gladly listen to it again.

It was a great continuation of Lily Ivory’s story. Exciting, adventurous, and with great moments of joy and laughter. This is one of my favorite series ever. This book came out in 2021. It’s now 2024. Please don’t let this be the last in the series. More, please!

This has been a really great series, each book building on the last. The characters are so rich, you want to laugh and cry. And one of the best characters in the whole series is San Francisco itself! I think the next book is the last in the series. I want it to keep going. Juliet, what’s your next adventure?

I have been reading Jenny Colgan books for the last couple of years. I was drawn by the destinations first, having a thing for Scotland and the northern British Isles. I have really enjoyed every single book I've read. BUT, there is always one you love the best... and this one is it. Great characters, great story. I really loved all the stuff about flying and the old Otter. Best Colgan book yet!!! Waiting for Colgan's next book.

I started this series 10 books ago begrudgingly. I first discovered Juliet Blackwell with the Annie Kincaid series (4books) which I loved, loved, loved. And because I wanted more, of this new to me writer, I started reading the Mel Turner books… and now, Lily Ivory. I see only one more book in front of me. Please don’t stop writing this series. It’s been wonderful, don’t stop now.

At first I resented the Lily Ivory books because Juliet was writing these books instead of the Mel Turner or Annie Kincade books, which I loved. But, over the last two books the series has really gotten to me, especially the two most important men in her life, Oscar and Sailor! I have to admit it. I love this series!

This is a new author for me… but I gave it a shot because I love Xe Sands narration and loved the cover art! Best book I’ve read in so, so very long. I laughed, I cried ( boy did I get looks at the gym ). Great story! 5 Stars. Best Narrator! 5 Stars. Won’t spill the beans on the plot. Read this book, you will thank me.

While I have to admit that Lily Ivory’s story comes in behind Annie Kincaid’s and Mel Turner’s stories (check out Juliet’s other two series) I’m getting more into her world and loving it. Juliet, please don’t let live be lost! …… and Xe is the Best!
