I have read tons of business books and this one hits the nail on the head with what matters most.
My favorite part is the emphasis on simplicity. I have been guilty of making everything way too complex in my own business.
This book takes each major pillar into bite-sized actionable chunks. If you're feeling like you just don't have time anymore because your business has absorbed all of your energy, this is for you!
I wish I had read this book years ago because I have learned many of these lessons the hard way.
I also love it when the author reads the book here on audible. Austin has great energy and makes the book a pleasure to read!
Highly recommended.

I couldn't stand this narrator so I stopped listening after 3 chapters. Had to buy it again from a different narrator. I can't rate the book itself yet
