Creative Therapeutic Treatment Options
Revisado: 01-17-23
This is a great book not only for talk therapists/counselors, but also for those currently/previously in talk therapy, those looking for other therapeutic options in addition to their talk therapy sessions, and those who are assisting their loved ones through treatment. The listed suggestions are important aspects of many people's current lives, however, we don't necessarily think about the therapeutic aspects that they bring nor why we enjoy them as much as we do. I already enjoy "Vitamin N" - nature, painting, and dancing to music, so when I'm going through tough times, it seems that these are definitely great ways to calm me down in stressful situations.
I'm looking forward to adding some of these into my daily life, as well as, the lives of my children. I will be suggesting this book to others!
