Historia
Ever since a faerie cursed her, Theodora Ettings has had no sense of fear, embarrassment or even happiness - a condition which makes her sadly prone to accidental scandal. Dora's only goal for the London Season this year is to stay quiet and avoid upsetting her cousin's chances at a husband. But when the Lord Sorcier of England learns of her condition, she finds herself drawn ever more deeply into the tumultuous concerns of magicians and faeries.

I needed this type of fantasy!
Revisado: 07-11-23
This is funny, wholesome and so easy to devour! It’s been a long time since I didn’t want a book to end, and this is one of those rare moments when I feel the need to buy a physical copy after listening to the audiobook. New favorite🤩 Highly recommend!

And become one with everything. Milo has had 9,995 chances so far and has just five more lives to earn a place in the cosmic soul. If he doesn't make the cut, oblivion awaits. But all Milo really wants is to fall forever into the arms of Death. Or Suzie, as he calls her.

Disappointed
Revisado: 06-15-22
Loved the first half of this book, would have loved the rest too, if the author didn’t ‘have to’ use ‘moon ni***r’ several times in the second half….

Historia
Olive Torres is used to being the unlucky twin: from inexplicable mishaps to a recent layoff, her life seems to be almost comically jinxed. By contrast, her sister Ami is an eternal champion...she even managed to finance her entire wedding by winning a slew of contests. Unfortunately for Olive, the only thing worse than constant bad luck is having to spend the wedding day with the best man (and her nemesis), Ethan Thomas.

Really loved this audiobook! I struggled a bit with the narrator of the epilogue, but other than that, it’s a great and funny book!

Historia
Feyre has undergone more trials than one human woman can carry in her heart. Though she’s now been granted the powers and lifespan of the High Fae, she is haunted by her time Under the Mountain and the terrible deeds she performed to save the lives of Tamlin and his people. As her marriage to Tamlin approaches, Feyre’s hollowness and nightmares consume her. She finds herself split into two different people: one who upholds her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court, and one who lives out her life in the Spring Court with Tamlin.

Glitch in the audio, but still a good book
Revisado: 07-21-21
I love the narrator, but someone messed up editing this. In the middle of a couple of paragraphs you can clearly hear the narrator has redone a sentence, and it throws you off and undo the build-up of the chapter. I kept waiting for it to happen more, luckily it didn’t. But still annoying. Not the narrators fault though.
Because I hate stories with possessive men who are whiny I didn’t like the beginning of this book, but it got a lot better.
