The story was quite cute but the voice for Hadley was really really annoying after a while. She sounded like she was 9 not 29. I just wanted to get to the end to see who was the villain. The other character voices were ok. I won’t finish the series

Oh PLEASE, BORING!!

The narrator was so slow in telling the story. She was silent not dim witted. I labored through to the end, but how many times must the heroine if you want to call her that, be taken and where were the people that was supposed to be protecting her. It was a stupid plot although if done right it could have been good. So many lose ends. I do not recommend this book unless you have exhausted all other readings.

Can’t believe Lias Patton narrated this final Book in the series, she should just stick to writing. I was very very disappointed in the performance, especially after you get use to the narration of Maguerite Gavin. I new the difference in the first few seconds of the story. I might have to return this book because of the performance. What a shame. I really enjoyed the first two Books. And I had to use a credit for this one ☹️☹️☹️☹️

What did I disliked about the book was everything. It was not worth the $3.00. The audio was flawed and the music took up 30 sec. of the book The preliminary description before the actual love scene was way to long. Plus the pace of the book was much to slow and boring. You could hear the narrator swallowing, as if her throat was dry. This was just awful. I wouldn’t rate it one star if there was anything lower.

Slow Slow and Slow

The the story emulates the plot of "My Fair Lady". I like story of Pygmalion, but the pace in which the narrator chooses to tell the story is sooooooo slow that it becomes down right boring. I plowed through it but I was glad when it was over.

I listen to the first book in the series. In 2nd book, the story line has been sucked dry.The main character Garnet needs to get a grip! After a while her wish washy decisions are a bit much. I mean "I love him I love him not" gets a bit redundant. How she treats her relationships and the rational for doing so is beyond me. Her bad choices are more unreal than dating vampires. I've had enough and the guys in her life should also.

I liked this book and would recommend it to other listeners. Was disappointed slightly because I didn't feel it tied up all the loose ends. Would have like to have seen the uncle get his just desserts.

Loved Loved Loved

I really enjoyed the relationship play between Abby and Dutch. I thought the dialogue was pretty on target. I got a kick out of the light hearted way the author would let you into the psychic mind of Abby. I loved the way the mystery unfolded bit by bit around the discovery of clues which weren't that hard to remember from one chapter to the next. It was just a nice easy listen. Can't wait to listen to the next book in the series.
