Good story but the repetition gets old quick

I loved the story as a whole. I've listened to the first 3 so far and again, amazing. What gets old is the every chapter recaps and the severe overuse of the words "Mate", "Bloody" and "Firebrand". It's almost as if the author uses these as a means to increase the word count. That being said, this is a wonderful addition to the Talon saga. It kept me interested and wanting to hear more. If you enjoy a unique take on a dragon story, this is the series for you.

Simply Amazing

Knorr's storytelling continues to shine in this 3rd part of her first trilogy. Her way of captivating an audience and leaving you on the edge or your seat wanting more is something I look forward to in each of her stories. Given the universe she has set up with her characters, I cant wait to see where she takes us next. Targa's story may end here for now, but with 4 others still to comes, I anxiously await the next story

This is Knorr's "Avengers" story where her characters come together, share their secrets and fight a common enemy. Since reading Born of Water, I have been looking forward to this and it did not disappoint. She understands how to tell a story and keep her readers captivated

What an amazing adventure!

Knorr has a real talent for storytelling. She knows how to build up to a point and how to build a real world. I enjoyed this adventure and would recommend it to anyone who enjoyed Eragon. Dragons, elves, magic and flying! This adventure has something for everyone and was thrilled to see where the story went next. I hope she decides to revisit this world (or maybe she already has?).
