Scott Michael Nathan is a master Storyteller. Anyone who regularly views his content on TicTock will surely agree. The Author also does a fantastic job at narrating his Audio Book, which I recently completed while on the treadmill, making my dreaded gym workout fly by more quickly. He recalls certain events with amazing details, which enables the reader/listener to immerse oneself into the story as if they were actually there with him at the time. Scott preserves his street credibility, for the living at least, by using pseudonyms which does not diminish the quality of the stories whatsoever. It is a very smart move on his part, because many of these people are public figures or famous people in the entertainment field who might not as open about sharing these stories as he is. I’m hoping we can look forward to a Volume 2 in the future from this exceptional Storytelling Author.

I enjoyed learning about William’s practical recommendations and guidance for new Agents...not just for Top 10 Expired Objections - All of which are good. These added extras meant more to me (an unexpected bonus) as I am a newly Licensed Agent in Southern California who has yet to pick a Brokerage to work at. Specifically, use of Dialers, CRM’s, Geographic Marketing information providers, and other industry-specific vendors. You can gain from William’s knowledge because you can tell he works hard daily and has been in the trenches...I like the fact that he reiterates the fact that there is no “Magic Pill” or “Silver Bullet”, but instead focuses on delivering the news that this is an occupation that looks easy on the surface, but requires practice and skill building...and most critical - good old fashioned hard work. Great Job!

The Author has provided a glimpse into what it takes to become a highly successful Real Estate Agent in today's ever-changing and challenging environment. As an aspiring Top Listing Agent (Recently Licensed), I'm going to incorporate many of the gems that Ricky has provided so that I may too morph into a Diamond - Hopefully sooner rather than later! It's not easy, and Ricky is clear that one must work hard and be proficient in time management in order to be successful in the long run. Excellent Job!

I found that there were some good tips in addition to some very basic information about the job functions is a Real Estate Agent. Great for someone at the beginning of their information gathering phase or research.

This is an excellent audio book with many thought provoking topics that the Author has included to help the new Real Estate Salesperson. It was so good that I went back and re listened to several chapters and took notes. Of particular high value was the section dealing with interviewing hiring Brokers and what to ask and discuss with them. Great Job Matt!

Would you try another book from Cory Boatright and/or Jason P. Hilton?

Sadly, probably not.

What was most disappointing about Cory Boatright’s story?

Lack of clear description of the Short Sale Process. This was an informercial for "House Kings"which is Cory's company. .

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Jason P. Hilton?

No one.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment. Worth less than the $2 I spent for this audio book.

Save your money...and your time. I didn't rate this a ! only because I was fault myself for being stupid enough to purchase this, albeit was on sale. Just lucky I didn't pay full price or I would have really felt stupid.

I loved this Audio Book so much I immediately went to Barnes & Noble and bought the Hardcover version. This book is filled with strategies for every possible sales situation one will encounter out in the trenches. I need the book handy because I will probably be using it daily to implement my total plan for market domination...Seriously, it's that great!!!

Ryan Holiday tackles an elusive topic, the manifestation of our collective and individual egos. He uses specific examples from history to illustrate the overwhelming negative effect that ego has on the individual, both subconsciously and consciously. We learn that ego is a silent partner in our thoughts, and whether we realize it or not, our unintended co-pilot as we glide though our respective lives, often resulting in unforeseen turbulence.

I purchased this book based upon the strong recommendation of Tim Harris, Real Estate Coach, after hearing him recommend several times to his Podcast listeners. I'm fortunate, because this is a book I would have ordinarily would have never purchased!

The book forced me to examine historical events in my life where ego either blinded me to reality or sent me hurling to earth on a crash coarse that I could not correct or pull out of...as if I was an unwilling partner strapped in for the ride with no functional controls at my disposal.

As I prepare for a new career as a Real Estate Listing Agent, I am absorbing a lot of technical information through books and podcasts right now. Thank god that I was able to learn about the existence of this book. I can now use it as a reference point in my life to keep my ego at bay as much as possible in the future.

A truly excellent Book in my humble opinion. Like the song says...one should use it to check themselves before they wreckity-wreck themselves!
