Disappointing and a terrible professor

I would never take a class from this professor, because his rate my professor score would be -4. he over explains things to the point of ridiculum, takes 4 lectures to get to the text of the New Testament, and shows no enjoyment or personal interest in the topic. He says he will review the book from how the ancient people would have perceived the book, yet holds christianity at an arms length, being constantly skeptical about the text and author of the books without explaining in context the validity for such skepticism. I just finished Understanding the Old Testament by the great courses and it was PHENOMENAL, this I couldn't even make it through. simply abysmal.
