Historia
Our ancestors crossed deserts, mountains, and oceans without even a whisper of what anyone today might consider modern technology. Those feats of endurance now seem impossible in an age where we take comfort for granted. But what if we could regain some of our lost evolutionary strength by simulating the environmental conditions of our forbears? Investigative journalist and anthropologist Scott Carney takes up the challenge to find out: Can we hack our bodies and use the environment to stimulate our inner biology?

Nothing new here, PDF is rubbish too
Revisado: 10-08-17
After buying the audio book it was obvious that most of the physical book has recipes. So the PDF that can be downloaded is a bit of a dissapointment as its in black and white and has no images
The overall info in this book is nothing new really. Other books do a much better job at giving you insights into keto etc
Also beware that there is a keto reset facebook group which is nothing more then a platform for so called experts to sell you their services, podcast or click bait for their own personal blogs
My advice its to stay away from this book, pdf and facebook group

Historia
For over a century, we've accepted the scientific consensus that cancer results from genetic disease due to chromosomal damage in cell nuclei. But what if scientists are chasing a flawed paradigm? What if cancer isn't a disease of damaged DNA but rather of defective metabolism as a result of mitochondrial dysfunction? What if that startling truth could revolutionize our understanding of other diseases, too - and show us a radical new path to optimal health?

Summarisers everything from podcasts and blogs
Revisado: 05-19-17
If you want a summary of information about the keto diet and how to implement it then this is a good book
Nothing new is said or covered in my opinion if you follow podcasts and blogs on this topic
But I still enjoyed it
