Historia
As teens, it can feel difficult to find a way out of our bad habits and unhealthy thought patterns, too often feeling like our thoughts are running out of control and finding ourselves off-track from where we want to be. Pastor and bestselling author Craig Groeschel deeply understands this daily battle against self-doubt and negative thinking, and in this book adapted from his bestselling Winning the War in Your Mind, Groeschel explains how you too can challenge your thinking and change the course of your life for the better, revealing the strategies he’s found that help.

Great content but disappointing narration
Revisado: 05-04-23
Exactly what my teen needed to hear. We listened to it together. Narration was kind of robotic. Would have been more impactful if read by Pastor Craig.

Historia
An incredible but true account of achieving one of the most awe-inspiring midlife physical transformations ever. In October 2006, the night before he was to turn 40, Rich experienced a chilling glimpse of his future. Nearly 50 pounds overweight and unable to climb the stairs without stopping, he saw where his sedentary lifestyle was taking him. Most of us look the other way when granted such a moment of clarity, but not Rich.

Vegan agenda hidden….ughh
Revisado: 08-04-22
I don’t care if anyone is a vegan but don’t pose as a book about a fitness journey and use it as a tool for vegan propaganda.
I don’t even mind that he shared his vegan journey, but then it got judgmental and pushy.
Not relatable and all inspiration I gathered withered away each time he mentioned veganism.
If you’re a vegan, you’ll love the book, lol!

Only getting better
Revisado: 07-28-22
Love this series and the ever evolving character that is James Reese. Jack Carr has done an amazing job creating a gripping storyline that sows all these books together. Each book has its one feel while remaining true to the protagonist!
