The narration on the last two books was just wrong. The reading was slow and the story lines left me wondering why I used a credit for this.

A Good Series

This would have been a really good series except for s few things. The story line was a little unbelievable, and yes I know it's fiction. That being said, some of the scenes and actions by the characters became hard to swallow. The the thing that bugged me most was the narration. About half way through the second nook, they really started to get on my nerves. In book three, some of voices employed by the male narrator became disturbing. Would I recommend this book or the series as a whole....unsure. You might enjoy it more than I did.

Overall, it was alright. The storyline was interesting, but had a lot of stuff thrown in that wasn’t necessary and could have been a lot shorter without it. There were parts where it held me captive and others where I zoned out, not missing much. Warning, don’t get too excited about a murder mystery, that’s not what this book is about. It’s pretty much pure romance with lots of gritty sex.

The story makes no sense. I am 3 hours into the book and want to pull my ears off. It starts slow, makes no sense, and just get worse. That's just the first book....I'm done....not worth you time or mental energy...
