Just what I needed

As the world of today goes through it’s own pandemic and I’m feeling hopeless, this book definitely helped me to feel a little more at peace. Maybe everyone CAN just get along! My only wish (and really this is my own fault) is that there was a LITTLE bit of a recap of who everyone is/was. It’s been a few years once I read the first book in this series and really I should have reread it. You can certainly read this book without the recap but for the life of me it took me the entire book to remember a couple of people and where they fit in.
The writing is good, the audio performance is excellent and the story grabs you and pulls you in. Already downloading book 3 as I type.

Fast Paced and solid plot twist

Each book in this series gets better and better. This was a plot twist I didn’t see coming and a satisfying ending. I will say I enjoy that this book doesn’t contain a lot of “fluff” or back story. The voice for this audio book was perfect and sets the right mood for this kind of action thriller.
