the possible future storyline

liked the simplicity of the story.. Seeing previous characters living their lives.. and continuing their efforts to make things better. It's been 3 yrs since the story written.. hope author gives us more. I'd live to see how the computer folks turn out.. do they create a new wormhole? And is earth ever found?

I sped up the audio a bit and it helped with such a long 4 book series. the epilogue was perfect, but left me a bit anxious.. I'm wondering if author will write another VERY LONG series?

woke garbage could have been fun

rambling female introspective

I found the story totally unrealistic, farcical. Author definitely seemed to be using the book for her own personal journey. I didn't hate it.. There were definitely funny moments, but the main characters cluelessness and unrealistic side characters made it at times hard to get thru.

so far loving it.. I plan on listening to more. Description of the personalities of everyone is interesting. I like a hero who's lucky as well as clever.

Great potential but recommend passing

5 years and nothing!!! I had a hard time the first half of the audiobook.. it's a LONG book with most of first half world and character building... the few hints of some action kept me going, the last 3rd of audiobook is great! finally action! BUT I can't recommend anyone go thru the long listening until at least a sequel is written and published. so much of this supposed 1st of a series was building up to the mystery.. who everybody is, basic building blocks that are important in a series, BUT... then has left us left us hanging. I can't even number all the unanswered questions and curiosity about where the characters' storylines would go? There's no info I could find that the author is even working on 2nd book in the past 5 years.. so I'm putting it on the back shelf of my mind.

loved this warped buddy story

it took a few hours to appreciate the dialog and narators twang... But then I really loved it. if the book didn't have an evil killer bad guy, or a couple of murders in it I'd call this a loving family story with tons of redemption and personal growth.
