Negativity is a normal part of life. Nobody can be positive all that time because life isn’t always going to be perfect. That said, sometimes negativity infiltrates our minds and bodies and never leaves. A good day can be ruined by your mind dwelling on something stupid that happened years ago. You sit for hours ruminating over it, and before you realize it, you have wasted a great day. We’ve all had experiences like that, and they suck.

While listening to this book, I was attempting to understand how the information being presented could be applied to me. A lot of anecdotal information is what I heard. I do not dislike this book, it has good info, and it helped me realize I DO need a good therapist. Wish me luck with the VA!!

Prepare for a dose of woke. The author is attempting to subliminally make the listener accept the woke mind virus. It may be fantasy but there are humans that exist that don’t go along with non gender specific garbage. Wrapping woke ideology into a fantasy skin is disgusting.

As with the rest of this series mostly awesome story, with a few times of monotonous moments. Will continue to listen to series wanna see how it ends.
Con= bad audio quality during last hour plus of book. The reader went from about .7 speed to 1.2 speed almost on a cyclic basis. I tried to adjust settings and yada yada, but it was the compression I believe. Hope they fix that.

Good story and chock full of sci-fi, but lots of inconsistencies.

While this story takes a long while to flesh out, the over all concept is cool if not lonely, the book is full of inconsistencies. My biggest gripe is about the reader, either the reader literally read exactly what was written which then lays inconsistencies on author or the reader misread many times. It throws me off when someone is describing a situation and does not stay congruent with past descriptions.
You have to listen to the story to get what I mean honestly.

Overall these stories can stand the test of time. The narrators did phenomenal jobs bringing characters to life and relaying the stories within.
My issue is the amount of data compressed into these volumes causes the audio to skip and the listener to miss out on 1, 2, or even 3 lines of dialogue/story.
Best advice is to get these stories in smaller collections either by author or storylines.
