I love Piper Scott’s Single Dads series, and this is a fantastic companion for fans of the series. I laughed SO MUCH listening to this. This group of characters is pure gold, and Michael Ferraiuolo brings them to life in an entertaining and unforgettable way. The nuances to his performance for each specific character make it easy to differentiate them from one another. Another great listening experience from Piper Scott and Michael Ferraiuolo!

Another collection to love!

I really enjoyed the Significant Brothers series when I read it as each book was released. The stories are fascinating and unique, the jobs the characters hold are interesting, and the concept of “significant brothers” got me right in the feels. Seriously, their relationships are one thing, but the friendship holding them all together? That is swoony in itself and in a totally different way. I love the characters, though I think my favorite book out of all (and this is a hard choice!) might still be Trace. I love me some Leo and Dustin. Just reading these books is fun (and they have become some comfort rereads), but when Greg Boudreaux lends his dynamic voice to these stories it brings them to life in a whole new way and it’s like an entire new experience. Greg has an incredible talent for voices and I love how different each character sounds. Such a great performance from him each and every time!

Between the wonderful narration and the compelling stories, this collection is one you don’t want to miss!

Piper Scott and Michael Ferraiuolo make one hell of a team!

This is another fantastic installment of the Single Dads series from Piper Scott, and Michael Ferraiuolo once again brings these characters to life in a whole new way with his narration. Mal and Vincent are such layered and interesting characters, and the story will draw you in while the narrator’s smooth delivery and dynamic performance will keep you listening right through to the end. I loooove the scene where we FINALLY get them all together in person - absolutely hilarious. This might still be my favorite of the series. Give this one a listen guys, it’s so incredibly worth it!

A lot of fun

I love this series from Susi Hawke. These novella-sized stories are all thoroughly endearing, with sweet, sexy fated-mate romances, unique quests, fascinating mythos, and the humor Susi’s books are known for. I really enjoyed the audio as well. I love the unique voices John Solo has developed for each character, and his performance is definitely entertaining. 4.5 stars, rounded up because these stories are just fun.

Loved this book so much! I looove friends to lovers stories, and this one is one of my favorites to date! Max and Parker have been best friends basically forever. When Parker’s wife dies, it’s Max who is unfailingly there for him and his children. Max has been in love with his straight best friend forever, but when a little fake marriage can help Parker’s children, we find out Parker may not be quite as straight as everyone thought. Guys, Max and Parker are flipping ADORABLE. I love them together so much. Max is so supportive and loving, how could anyone not fall for him?? The kids are fun additions, as are the furry family members, and the chemistry between the two MCs is hot. I also really liked how the author approached demisexuality. Nick Russo brings them to life in the audio version in a fun and engaging way. His pacing is perfect and character voices are defined and varied. Loved being back in Hidden Creek!

These two make a great team.

This installment of Hailey Turner’s fascinating Metahuman Files series is brought to life here in another amazing performance from Greg Boudreaux. Full of action and emotion with a dose of angst, the story focuses on both main couples from the series. It is fast-paced and intense, and will have you captivated from start to finish.. and probably cursing the author’s name at some point. Greg does a fantastic job of bringing all that emotion and intensity into his clear and nuanced narration, and it’s obvious how comfortable he is with these characters after four books. Heck, they take on his voice now when I read the series, even without audio. Highly recommend, but this isn’t a standalone so if you haven’t listened to the previous books, definitely start with the first. I can’t wait to listen to the final book when it’s ready!

Excellent audio and story

Five stars for both story and audio! I adore this series and Patrick and Jono, and Greg Furlong brings them to life again in a performance even better than the first novel. I could listen to his Jono all day. And this story? It is pure MM urban fantasy GOLD, full of action and crazy gods, god pack and vampire issues, new characters you will love (WADE!), and a soulbond and relationship between our two MCs that grows deeper every day. The writing itself is superb, too - Hailey Turner is a gifted storyteller who became an autobuy for me after her very first book. I loved every second of listening to this book, and if you haven’t started this series, trust me - you want to.

Loved!

I loved listening to Michael Pauley bring Rocko and Lachlan to life so beautifully! This story is full of emotion and recovery and healing, and Michael does a fantastic job of conveying the emotions and feelings of each character. I quite enjoyed the evolution of Rocko and Lachlan’s relationship over the course of the book, though it isn’t easy for them. They truly have to work for their HEA, but the journey is well worth it. Definitely recommend both the story and audio, and the rest of the series too!

Good performance, excellent story

A Ferry of Bones and Gold is an MM urban fantasy you don’t want to miss. The story is exciting and packed with action and suspense, gods and god packs, and a plot that will have you glued to the story from start to finish. Patrick and Jono are fascinating characters, as are the menagerie of side characters, and Gary Furlong does a good job of bringing Pat, Jono, and co to life with clear variances in character voices. Definitely recommend!

Love hearing these characters come to life!

Susi Hawke’s Northern Pines Den series is one of my favorite mpreg series to date. These books have fun and entertaining characters and stories with an overall series arc that adds a dramatic feel to the love and humor. John Solo is the perfect narrator to bring these characters to life. He gives an entertaining and dynamic performance, successfully emphasizing nuances between different characters’ voices, accents, and personalities. Looking forward to listening to the rest of the series in audio too!
