A brilliant, all-in-one guidebook for agile. Like another reviewer said, after about an hour of listening I also bought the book. It’s that good…I finished listening and now I keep a copy of the book on my desk to reference throughout the work day. If you’re a leader in IT, or just someone who wants to make a difference in your team or organization, you need to read this book!

Just Gets Better with Each Passing Chapter

Col Fleming is a great storyteller and shares vivid depictions of his most challenging rescues. He also offers lessons on leadership and decision-making during times of crisis. And he does a great job of putting the events in context, with respect to world events at the time and also the narrative of his life and career.
I was a little put off by the performance at the beginning. I prefer narrators with more inflection and feeling in their reading, but I got used to it fairly quickly and in the end it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the book.

Great content, so-so reader

The stories and nuggets of wisdom Feynman leaves for us in this book are wonderful.
The reader is so-so. Not a lot of inflection in his voice. And it is a little cringe-y when he puts on an accent for various characters Feynman meets.
