It is easy to tell that the mechanical voice of Barney Parkwynne was used. No emotion. Words that end in a “s” all have the same word end pronunciation…. All words that end with “d” have the same word end pronunciation. I do not appreciate the lie. If I buy an audible book, I expect to hear a human actor reading the book with expression and emotion.

story is better than average but the narrator ruined the book. he has a lisp and he does not read it as an actor but with a sing-song pattern. recommend you have a professional re-record the book. sounds like the minister in the marriage scene in the princess bride.
