Having read the author's biography back in 93', I was instantly interested in this title! I am again intrigued by the author's ability to beautifully illustrate pain and chaos and make you think you're part of the story you get so immersed! It would be great if Audible also carried his biography "Monster :Autobiography of an LA Gang member" *wink wink*

The story was powerful and the narrator made me feel like the story was actually taking place around me!! I have never had an experience like this and it's safe to say..I'm hooked!!!
