They really dug into most classic Paranormal phenomena and I strongly and wholeheartedly endorse this book for anyone who loves the paranormal world or PI’s to gain some ground work for works and investigations.

This is mandatory reading for many in depth Adept occult lists. And rightfully so! The book and the explanation breaks down Yoga and explains it like never before. Not the physical aspects although important and touched upon here; but the spiritual. Much of the Yogic seekers today believe they are pro’s because they can warrior pose and sun salutation all day. But, without spirituality and deep understanding it’s like having a pool but not being able to swim. A must read for those serious about learning!
