Yes, and I'm looking forward to sharing my experience with others. I believe the breathing exercises are essential for everyone on a daily basis, and especially at bedtime. Glen Harrold's voice is very soothing, and the relaxation technique, combined with the positive mental picture he creates, has been very successful for me. I look forward to falling asleep, so the hypnosis can begin, and this usually happens within 10 minutes for me.

However, you'll need to really follow his instructions. If my mind wonders to other thoughts (daily events, things to do, etc.), you'll lose out on the experience. Once I decided to leave those thoughts for tomorrow - with a better mental clarity, I learned to love the escape!


I personally set this hypnosis audio, to repeat itself while I sleep, and I wake in the morning with an amazingly positive attitude - ready to get started! I use a small iPod (tucked under pillow) and ear buds, so if the buds fall out in the night (which they will), I simply put them back in upon waking and listen to Session 3, which is 11 minutes of "Wake-Up" Motivation! It's so awesome; I actually make sure I set the alarm 15-minutes early, so I can lay there with NO distractions, except petting the purring cat – which actually lends itself to my morning experience.

I also carry this iPod with me throughout the day, so I can get a quick "positive" reminder - to stay FOCUSED, and not to PROCRASTINATE.

I hope your experience is as amazing as mine, and just remember – don’t give up the first time. It took me several sessions to get my mind to shut out the rest of the clutter, and truly relax. If you have ADD or a “chattering mind,” you’ll relate to my initial challenge – however, you will greatly benefit from this “new found” control, both during sleep, and throughout the day!
