I was really missing this

I was really missing this series and would desperately look every so often to make sure the author hadn’t added to it. I’m really glad she’s picked it back up again. This is my favorite book since a few books back in the series!
I love when Rachel has a friendship and works with Al, that’s one of the things that really makes these books for me and now with Bis back that’s so wonderful. So happy Rachel is getting her family back!

Dangerously close to NO STORY ALL SEX

I am a long time avid reader of all of Christine Feehan’s carpathian book. I was really looking forward to enjoying another, however this book fell seriously short. It honestly felt like the author had a deadline but couldn’t figure out a storyline so filled the book with so many detailed sex scenes just to fill the pages. I loved Laurell K. Hamilton’s Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series until the storyline got pushed aside by the sex. It seems with this book this previously amazing series is going in the same direction and I’m so saddened by it. There needs to be a better balance.

Always love her books

I always love Christine's books. Shadow Rider was no different and I am looking forward to other books in the series. I would have preferred a female narrator and the sex scenes to be less numerous and drawn out but other than that it was really enjoyable!
