Historia
What's the actual last thing you'd ever want your executive assistant to see you doing the morning after you had hot, drunk, angry sex with her in a terrible hotel room? Dancing around your terrible hotel room to "Come and Get Your Love" like Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy - naked? Yeah. Me too. And yet, here we are.

🎧🎧Audiobook Review🎧🎧
What an absolute treat this audiobook was!
The Story: This story is everything that I love from a grumpy boss and a romantic comedy in an urban setting! An absolute holiday treat!
✔️Hilarious second characters (Aunt Mel and Nonna are hilarious, like the rest of Dec's family and Maddie's niece and landlady)
✔️Witty, Steamy Banter
✔️Chemistry off the charts
✔️ A Perfect Happily Ever After
Narration: Connor Crais is relatively new to me as a narrator, so I didn't know what to expect, but this man knocked it out of the park! His accent work is pretty flawless in this book and his female voice had the perfect sassiness that embodied Maddie's character ( and the numerous family female members he had to voice as well.) Simply put, Connor stole the show! Not to say that Mackenzie Cartright didn't do a fantastic job with Maddie, she's a very talented lady, and her male voice is pretty on point as always! These two are the perfect pairing for this marvelous holiday story that you'll revisit again and again.

Scorching!
Revisado: 07-20-20
**I received a review copy of this title in exchange for an honest review.**
Story: This is the second book of the Steele Brothers series. You do not need to listen to the other titles to enjoy this one. This is erotica more than romance,so if you are uncomfortable with that level of heat, this is not going to be the book for you. It is for me,so this was a delightful story between Sloane, a famous and skilled card player, and Rome, a card dealer. They both sign up with Fanta-C, hoping to let off some steam and have some fun,but they found,oh-so-much more!
This is a novella-length read, perfect for when you want to have a quick listen.
Rome and Sloane’s chemistry is off the chart and even though it’s a short story, there’s a lot packed into it,with a satisfying resolution. If you enjoy this author’s work, be advised these books are way spicier than what she usually writes but not less satisfying.
Performance: Mr. Williamson is a new narrator for me. Although his performance is technically perfect, I am missing something, and I can’t quite figure out what. The erotica/erotic romance genres are notoriously difficult to narrate for and Mr. Williamson achieved a good balance, but I am missing the spark that would make this an outstanding narration.

Historia
It began with betrayal. And ended in murder. She was never supposed to cross my path. She was never supposed to know about the Currency of Secrets or the Oaths of Blood. But like a thief in the night, she stole my soul even if she wasn't mine to possess. As a member of the Elite, I live by simple tenets. A gentleman above all. Private matters stay private. Secrets whispered are never revealed. Enemies and friends are of the same coin. And power is king. My so-called brothers killed my friend. I intend to make them pay.

A great start!
Revisado: 06-07-20
Story: I will be the first to admit I don't do well with duos and trilogies because I need answers right now, but I took the chance knowing I would not get a HEA at the end of this listen. But that's okay, because the story is definitely worth it. We're getting to know Ben and Livvie..what makes them tick and how they end up running to each other. All these things keep happening to Livvie and she doesn't know why. A mystery needs solving. We get introduced to Livvie's BFF and Ben's band of brothers and we get the details of a great world-building. But don't worry...we do get *some* satisfaction...the problem is, it's short-lived because the book ends on a cliffhanger. I know, I know...it's not great when a book ends like that!... I am invested and I need to know what happens!!!
Performance: Shane East and Mari are some of the best narrators in romance and their performance is simply FLAWLESS. They both engage with the story beautifully and their magic is the cherry on top. I'll listen to anything these two narrate!

Historia
Princess Eleanor has had it up to her royal eyeballs. She’s surrounded by suitable men, each more rude and obnoxious than the last. None of them are worthy of her heart - not to mention her virginity. So what’s a girl to do? Flee to Montana to stay with her brother, lay low, and avoid both the media and the men, that’s what. Liam Cunningham is the head of security in Montana for the royal family. Princess Eleanor, on the other hand, is a royal pain in the butt. But when Ellie proposes the idea of Liam being her sex coach, how can he resist?

Royals with a US Flair
Revisado: 06-05-20
This is a new to me world, since I haven't heard/read the first book, but can definitely be heard as a standalone. Liam is a troubled former soldier and Ellie is the princess that he has been tasked with protecting. Close proximity creates big feelings that become impossible to ignore. The chemistry between Ellie and Liam was explosive and I liked the dose of reality this relationship brought to each of them as individuals. A low-angst, feel-good book with a happy ending that hit that sweet spot.
Lance Greenfield's performance was FANTASTIC, full of passion and verve. Jennifer Mack did a good job and I can say this even as someone that does not enjoy higher-pitched voices. This was my first time listening to both of these narrators and I enjoyed their performance.
