Great listen; solid advise

Would you listen to The Checklist Manifesto again? Why?
This is the type of book that once you hear it, it starts you thinking. Is this a book that you would listen to over and over, I don't believe so but I do think it would be beneficial to listen to again in the future.
What did you like best about this story?
Although the story does deal with medical issues, this is the authors background, it also includes the source of checklists - pilots. As with any book there has to be a purpose for you picking the book up and this is to make yourself better. Many reviewers say that the book spends too much time on surgery but the purpose of the book is to illustrate the use of checklists; this and the many other examples should be adapted to your environment.
What does John Bedford Lloyd bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Great reader. Adds to experience.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There are many "really" moments throughout the book that keep it interesting and relevant.
Any additional comments?
Highly recommend for anyone who really wants to improve their lives - but it will take commitment and work.

Amazing, Insightful, and extremely Entertaining
Revisado: 04-24-12
Would you consider the audio edition of Brain Rules for Baby to be better than the print version?
The audio version allows you to hear the authors love for the subject which helps you focus on the vast amount of information being provided that is technical in nature. Reading it I think I would have glazed over and given up a lot earlier.
What about John Medina’s performance did you like?
Mr. Media's performance and understanding of learning makes this educational and insightful tool enjoyable.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
That children grow adults, adults do not grow children.
Any additional comments?
Must buy for anyone interested in learning why humans do what they do and how to get along better. Can't wait to start his other book!!
