It's the best

This is the most useful, most readable book about communications I've ever read.
And I've read lots.
As an executive coach, most of what I do is listen. The art in this work is, when I say something, to have it connect with both a client's head and heart in a way that sticks.
The Heath brothers have taught me why I succeed when it works, and why I fail when it doesn't.
Finally, I'm cheap, yet I've given away 2 dozen copies of this book.

Of everything I've gotten from Audible, this one is my favorite. The gender communication stuff is great for guys, probably not PC for women. Gray's advice is so pragmatic!
But the best part is the last 10 minutes or so, after Robbins has "ended" the interview. Very touching stories about the murder of Gray's father and his brother's suicide. That part really communicates why he's doing the work he does.

I read this book when it was first published. Was that 25 years ago? Whatever, after these many additional years with and around women, the book makes so much more sense now. I should have read it every year!
