Historia
Ever wonder why giving anesthesia is described as hours of boredom with moments of panic? With gentle precision, anesthesiologist Wolf Pascoe teases apart an overlooked world and unveils the eggshell dance that takes place at the head of an operating table. Intrigued or spooked by what happens in an operating theatre? Breathing for Two is a seat on the stage, a short book that will change the way you think about life and breath.

Exceptional book for new Anesthesia Techs
Revisado: 06-27-23
I’ve been an AT for half a year now after working for a few years in EMS. I was lucky to come into the job with a working knowledge of the intubation process and pharmacology. For those new to the field, Pascoe’s writing is a great resource for ATs in describing the challenges the anesthesia care team they work alongside face as well as how equipment and processes have been designed to address them.
All while being a quick, in depth, interesting, and philosophical ride. I wish it was longer, but in another way it’s length is great to offer as a reading for new students and employees expecting to work alongside anesthesia.
