Historia
Spensa made it out of the Nowhere, but what she saw in the space between the stars has changed her forever. She came face to face with the Delvers, and finally got answers to the questions she’s had about her own strange Cytonic gifts. The Superiority didn’t stop fighting for galactic dominance while she was gone, though. Spensa’s team, Skyward Flight, was able to hold Winzik off, and even collect allies to help with the cause, but it’s only a matter of time until humanity—and the rest of the galaxy—falls.

Historia
It is not an accident that racism is alive and well in the American church. Racism has, in fact, been taught within the church for so long most of us don’t even recognize it anymore. Pastor Albert Tate guides all of us in acknowledging the racism that keeps us from loving each other the way God intends and encourages siblings in Christ to sit together in racial discomfort, examining the role we may play in someone’s else’s struggle.

Loving, kind, and direct discussion on how we love one another, particularly when we have cultural and ethnic differences. An invitation to love better.

Fantastic writing and narrating!

The way the words created the characters was story without explicitly giving background is perfect. The three readers were amazing and it felt more like an audio drama than a book reading, which I love. If you like good characters and quirky takes in fairy tales, this is the story for you!

Historia
Prosperity. It's one of the most dividing words in the church. Some pastors use it to tell their congregations that God will make them all rich, rich, rich! Others spurn the word and insist that true Christlikeness is found in forsaking all worldly riches and possessions. The truth is, both are right - and both are wrong. With refreshing honesty, humor, and keen insight, best-selling author and pastor Kris Vallotton mines the Scriptures in an eye-opening study of what the Bible really says about money, poverty, riches, and wealth.

Powerful insight on how wealth works in God’s Kingdom
Revisado: 02-10-19
I bought this because I love Kris Vallaton and his insights on God and finished this feeling like I’d read one of the best business books I’d ever encountered. As a young business owner I’ve experienced much of God’s blessing on my business and our family’s income, but this book challenged me to not only dream bigger, but to change my mindset of what wealth and prosperity mean and my attitude towards them. Highly recommend this book to anyone!

Unique and compelling. Highly recommend reading!
Revisado: 12-14-17
Ernest Cline builds an amazingly unique yet very believable futuristic semi-dystopia that is compelling and has great character growth.
The only thing I didn’t like was the unnecessary bashing of God at the beginning that was used to facilitate the main character finding their ‘purpose’ in this futuristic video game.
Other than that I couldn’t put it down and would recommend anyone, but particularly gamers or Sci-if lovers, to check it out. You won’t be disappointed
