Great story, but narrator ruins it for me
- De Benjamin D Smith en 12-29-14
I don't think the narrator has ever seen star wars
Revisado: 09-08-21
the story is AMAZING, I loved it all. but the narrator is terrible. he mispronounces almost all the names of the planets throughout the trilogy, and he also changes the voices for the characters in the B- plot several times. He used his normal voice for Wedge for the first book, but thought the second and third he flips back and forth between that and some poorly done Scottish accent several times a chapter and sometimes even halfway though a sentence.

Historia
The Zombie War came unthinkably close to eradicating humanity. Max Brooks, driven by the urgency of preserving the acid-etched first-hand experiences of the survivors from those apocalyptic years, traveled across the United States of America and throughout the world, from decimated cities that once teemed with upwards of 30 million souls, to the most remote and inhospitable areas of the planet.

Historia
Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. An incredible adventure is about to begin!

what's going on with the narrator?
Revisado: 01-17-18
I've read this book many times, but he's mispronounsing all the words. and what's with all of the weird and bad voices? Mcgonagall is given a loud and squeaky voice? I understand all Fiction is up to interpretation especially text but this is killing me to hear. in fact, almost every character other than Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, and Dumbledore have squeaky voices, Mrs. Weasley, the ghost, Malfoy, Griphook, and the sorting hat are all over the top noise
