Not a thriller, no suspense- but still a poignant read :)
Revisado: 02-01-25
While the plot felt very predictable, it was a heartwarming read that was well-narrated and well-written. Don’t read this book if you’re looking for shocking twists and turns and ample suspense- do read this book if you’re looking for a grounding and honest look at the human experience, and the critical importance of authentic connection and accountability. Poignant story

The well-researched historical fiction of my lesbian dreams!
Revisado: 03-18-23
I’d like to express my sincere gratitude towards both the author and narrator - as an Anglophile, lesbian, and proud woman it was fabulous to read these stories! Each story features a lovable lesbian protagonist who serves as a principled and worthy role model; furthermore, women are portrayed with the complexity, three-dimensionality, and respect they do deserve in every story. This book was a breath of fresh air, and balm for my soul!

Historia
A visit to the urologist has never been more hilarious - or revealing - than in Men’s Health, a new comedy written by Daniel Goldfarb and directed by Scott Ellis. Adam (Tony® winner Santino Fontana) is a TV writer in search of a diagnosis for a very personal problem. He ends up half naked and fully freaked out in the exam room of Dr. Szabo (Tony and Emmy® winner Tony Shalhoub), a physician with a unique bedside manner offering some truly unorthodox treatment options.

Interesting Concept
Revisado: 01-20-23
I found the reviewer annoying/irritating and was put off by how cold and dismissive/corporate she was- lacking any humanity. Although I am guessing that juxtaposition between the two was purposeful? I liked the story but felt the one conducting the interview was far too removed and robotic and cold
