Then fabric of society had come unraveled. Neighbor fought neighbor despite the threats lurking just beyond the gates of their neighborhood. Despite the best efforts of Dean, Emmy, Grayson and the other members of the Friday Night Club, the self-appointed leaders of Malibu Country lost their focus. Behind the gates, a handful of vocal of residents, those running the neighborhood's homeowner's association, claimed the ultimate authority over their neighbors. The rule of law, as well as common decency, was cast aside. Tensions boiled over with devastating results.

An ineresting listen!

Kronos certainly was an interesting listen. While it is not the usual genre I listen to I still enjoyed it quite a bit especially how all the disparate trivia was woven together, which I found as appealing as the main story. After a while many tales sound similar and it's the minutiae that set them apart after all!

Interesting start for a non-zombie guy

I enjoyed listening to this book, even though I tend to shy away from the zombie genre, but I gave this book a chance as I enjoyed another trilogy of this author, A Path of Ashes.
I’ll certainly be continuing the series and may delve into other zombie books by author’s I’ve previously read!

A solid finish

I thought it was a very good conclusion to the series.
The climax of the story was a bit fast for my taste, but to be honest, I cannot think of any other means at which it could have played out without harming the story and that is the only critical thing I can say about the story. It may also be related to that I may have missed it, and I truly think I did; as my son ran up and distracted me, but I feel as if the Master’s identity was alluded to but I couldn’t make the connection out.

A solid continuation of the series!

I've enjoyed this series still, despite not being much of a fan of the zombie genre! I picked this series up as I've previously enjoyed other works by this author.
