This book is just a pep talk. I hoped to learn new and more passive options trading strategies, but not in this book. Options trading is not passive. You must watch your trades or you can rack up a lot of losses, mainly when selling premiums. This book is just about coulda, woulda, shoulda, and how great it could be for you if you achieve it too. But achieve what? A passive income from selling options?

I am thrilled with this book and story so far. I always enjoyed reading how the war was perceived by Germans but never got into reading about thinking and view of German soldiers in General Staff aside of political propaganda from both sides - the Nazi and Soviet propaganda at the time as well as after war. This books brings the civility to Germans who after the war were always portrayed as those who started two wars, committed horrible crimes, murdered millions of people, and all that because of Nazi propaganda, hatred, antisemitism, racism, and believe in superiority. Well, regular Germans, even those serving in armed forced, were ordinary people who just fought for their country as anyone else would do. Yet, they were not able to realize that they were serving evil. And that is a great message for future generations. It is so easy to deceive.

This turned out to be an extraordinary book. It sparked all possible emotions in me - joy, laughter, anger, justice, sadness, love... The story is great and there is a lot of wisdom in it. Glad I picked the book up and read it. If you know that feeling that once you finish something and it is gone, you feel empty and sad that that something ended then this book will do this to you. I truly miss it.

At first I felt a bit disturbed when I heard that this audiobook was dramatized rather than just read, but then I loved it. The performance of all actors turned out to be brilliant and I eagerly listened. I wish more Hailey's books were published as such.
I read a few Hailey's books as a teenager and loved them all so I decided to re-read some of them (in this case re-listen). Hailey is brilliant in knowing the topic he writes about, knowing the industry he sets his story into and that was what has always amazed me. When reading his books, I felt like it was written by an insider. Many times, I was left wondering, if people, companies, events, and stories really happened of were completely fictitious. Overall, great book, great story. I wish there was a sequel to the story as it ends open ended.

Great story following Hitler from the beginning to the bitter end. Very detailed information on all aspects of his life and rule over Germany. From the perspective of today's life unbelievable that Germans followed this man to the end. There was one thing I missed in the book. Throughout both volumes it was shown how Hitler rose to power but also adoration of Germans who regarded him as savior. How did they feel about him at the very end? Were they said that their beloved Fuhrer had fallen or relieved that he was finally dead?

Pitch for overpriced "program"

The start of the book seemed promising and it looked like there would be takeaways which could be applied to trading and improving trading. But then I started having a feeling that the book was a poor pitch for ridiculously overpriced Supertrader courses ($75,000 for a course is ridiculous; how desperate one must be to pay this to "achieve 95% accuracy in trading"?). Then the God-Buddhism mix irritated me a lot. My impression: miserable, unhappy, and suicidal people take $75,000 course and become successful, happy and super traders... Why I do not (and cannot) believe this narrative?
A chapter where god is in your hand telling you that he wants you to be rich is a prosperity gospel. You can go and listen to Joel Osteen. Some of the testimonies of unhappy people who miraculously became trading geniuses were truly laughable. I understand that psychology is important when trading but this book stressed it over the edge in my opinion. If you are looking for a decent sober assessment of how to become a successful trader and master yourself in trading, skip this book. There are only a few moments where you can hear what you need to hear (like the beginning of chapter 17) but it ends there. No further help or advice. All you will be hearing is testimonies of people who took "peak performance course", "TFM, course", "ACIM" course, this and that course... and after spending thousands on all sorts of courses they realized they needed to spend additional $75k on a super trader course. If you need to spend this money on a course in order to be a successful trader, then do not trade. It is not for you. Rather, if you have that money, take it, and trade it. Trade it small, regularly and often. Practice, practice, and practice, was probably the best advice in this book so far. I think, I finished the book just because of the narrator. He was good. The rest was a ballast.

Yet another great book - a must read if you want to achieve success in trading, living, or working. I liked that the book was narrated by the author himself.
