This book would be better off titled as Dom’s guide to sexually transmitted diseases and how to avoid them. I didn’t find very much BDSM training in this book. This book is very basic and mostly covers sex education. If you are looking for more applicable information, this is not your source for actual BDSM training, in my opinion. Otherwise the content is useful but not properly titled.
